This training program is for anyone looking to build muscle mass and strength. The program is 30 days long, 6 days a week for a total of 24 different workouts. Cycle program for 1-3 months and watch yourself gain significant amounts of strength and muscle mass.
The strength and Mass training program was written for myself as I prepped for what ended up being my last amateur bodybuilding competition. Winning both Men's overall Open bodybuilding and Classic Physique classes.
